As promoters put skin in the game, by participating for € 10 million in the offering, a relatively low promoters’ reward (max. 8.4%) via promoter shares (versus standard promoter’s reward of 20%) and the option to continue management's commitment after business combination for a period of five years on the condition that the target invites such management to continue to serve on such board.
